A graduate in Architecture, he leads Vivek Bhole Architects Pvt. Ltd. (VBAPL), managing a vast portfolio that spans residential, commercial, hospitality, lifestyle, and large-scale redevelopment projects.
His designs embody a seamless integration of function, aesthetics, and environment, with each project reflecting distinctiveness and innovation. Beginning his career as a 3D visualizer and coder, Vivek has infused his practice with technological advancement. Under his leadership, VBAPL leverages Building Information Modeling (BIM) for data-rich, coordinated models that improve precision and reduce construction errors, alongside parametric design for flexible, dynamic solutions to complex geometries. Tools like Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) further enhance design exploration and client engagement.

Ar. Yogita Bhole serves as a Director at the firm, bringing over 30 years of extensive architectural design experience to the practice. She possesses highly specialized expertise in comprehensive spatial planning and complex elevation design.
Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in leading, designing, and executing a vast and diverse portfolio of major architectural projects across multiple sectors. Her work consistently balances pragmatic functionality, structural clarity, and aesthetic refinement.
My design performs exactly the functions that are needed. I create interfaces that are easy to master even for inexperienced users. In my work, I rely on rationality, functionality, and only then on the aesthetics of the product.
